Experience : 4 to 6 yrs

Brief Job Des :

1) Process Engineering /Technical Service:

a) Plant technical Support (Process fine tuning, process modification
support)
b) Process monitoring & Troubleshooting (Evaluation of process unrest
and providing technical solution)
c) Equipment design calculations.
d) Material Balance, Energy Balance calculations.
e) Process safety & HAZOP study & Process Risk Assessment.

2) Production:

a) Production experience in agrochemical/chemical/specialty chemicals
process industry.

3) Plant Commissioning:

a) Plant Erection, Commissioning & Process Stabilization support.

4) Process Scale-up: (Preferred)

a) Process Study at Laboratory & Pilot Plant scale & scale-up of the
same to commercial level.

5) Engineering Software: (Preferred)

a) Hands on experience on software like PIMS, ASPEN will be preferred.
