ALUMNI ASSOCIATION Grand-Jan-Meet 2010   Itinerary (Tentative) of Alumni Meet, 23rd and 24th January, 2010   Date Time Description 23/01/2010 9.00 am To assemble at Hotel Centre Plaza, Ratanlal Plot, Akola 23/01/2010 9.30 am Depart to College 23/01/2010 10.00 am – 11.00 am Registration + Tea 23/01/2010 11.15am – 01.00 pm Inaugural Programme 23/01/2010 1.15 pm – 2.45 pm Lunch 23/01/2010 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm Interaction of Alumni with Students: Department wise 23/01/2010 5.15 pm – 5.45pm Tea + Depart to Hotel Centre Plaza 23/01/2010 8.00 pm – 11.00 pm Party at Hotel Centre Plaza 24/01/2010 10.00 am To assemble at Hotel Centre Plaza and depart to City Sports Club 24/01/2010 10.30 am Tea 24/01/2010 11.00 am – 1.00 pm Interaction between the Alumni (open house), group photographs, followed by lunch. Alumni meet closes.   1.            Please contact Mr. Prashant Deshmukh at +91 9850264542 for Hotel Reservations. 2.            Transportation facility to the college and City Sports Club shall be provided at Hotel Centre Plaza. 3.            Your advance confirmation shall be highly appreciated; it will enable us to do proper planning and sufficient arrangements. 4.            Please urgently book your travel tickets and accommodation at Akola; coincidentally alumni meet falls in the peak of marriage season at Akola. Due to which there may be a problem in last minute reservation.
