Alumni Meet - 11th July 2009

COETA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Dear COETIANS,

 

The hatrick of our alumni meet at Mumbai on 11^th July 2009 was special for many reasons. It was done, with increasing success, for the third consecutive year. It was initiated and managed by a much younger team. And the effect showed. The spirit of participation by members had grown in numbers and much more in their involvement. The meet fell short of time as more and more COETIANS came up to talk their hearts out. The effort was worth it.

 

What made the event further more memorable were its achievements. We received firm commitments from many, of taking-up responsibilities in various alumni activities. In fact, a team of alumni members to look into the need of the college for setting up a Finishing School was formed on the spot and its action plan decided.

 

Most thrilling part was everybody's resolve to arrange a GRAND SILVER JUBILEE CELEBERATION of our college at AKOLA on 23^rd & 24th January 2010. The moment this was proposed, the atmosphere at the gathering got charged and the celebration mode was turned on. Each and every one present confirmed their attendance along with a promise to bring along most of their class/batch mates. What more - - FAMILIES would be welcome at the occasion.

 

Things have already started rolling. Discussions have already been held with the college management. Active alumni members have begun with brainstorming and meticulous planning sessions. Needless to say that anybody interested in being a part of managing the grand event are wholeheartedly welcome.
